Brief

To produce a 3 day tech and media conference for 300 delegates over 3 days, at The Garden hotel in Nansha, China. To work with local and international suppliers to create a comfortable, inspiring and informative experience for some of the world’s biggest tech and media leaders.

Overview

We created a complete 3 day timetable of content that was disruptive, immersive and unique. At each moment the delegates were with us from their pick up at arrivals in Hong Kong right through to the wanes that supported their plenary daily program. We created, with local designers an awe inspiring Gala dinner in the hotels grand atrium, and had talent from all around the globe entertain through the 3 course supper, that culminated in an after show party.
